A beautiful painting by danish artist Nis Stougaard (1906-1987), depicting a girl and a boy with fields, hills and forest in the background. Nis is best known for his ceramics, but was also a very prolific painter. The painting is signed by the artist, and has a short summery glued on the backside, that has unfortunately not withstood the rigors of time very well.

Condition: The painting is in excellent condition with no defects. The frame is in good condition with slight age related minor wear.
